Mehanizam termalnog printera za industrijsku primenu

BusLogic printer mechanism is a product of Italian firm APS. Printer electronics is designed by D-Logic and carefully adjusted to all conditions in a specific environment of operation where the device is intended. The final product - BusLogic Printer, meets the criteria and implementation aspects required for ticketing such as numerous security, wireless RF and GPRS communications, contactless power supply system which will soon be implemented into device.

BusLogic Printer prints 7.5 cm strips in a second, supports vector and bitmap fonts, print logo, supports generating and printing 2D QR barcodes and has a possibility of print advertising elements onto the ticket. In this way BusLogic ticketing systems user can use the printed ticket as a form of advertising material for placing its own services or to realize additional revenue through the advertisements prints of other legal entities.

Command to print ticke BusLogic printer can receive wirelessly from Buslogic Terminal or by connecting to the BusLogic Hub via RJ45/RS485 cable.

As the other devices of manufacturer D-Logic, BusLogic Printer has an option of a regular data update via GPRS connection by logging to BusLogic Software - online application installed on D-Logic server (see BusLogic Software - application). Printer has no GPRS hardware installed but connects to the server using the connection through other system devices (RF antenna on Buslogic Terminal - RJ45 RS485 connection or USB cable to BusLogic Hub).

Special attention in making this industrial devices D-Logic dedicated to  devices and their users security.

Since it is a thermal printer, a manufacturer of D-Logic has provided additional safeguards from potential fire so as to incorporate polymer fuses. Those in case the large electrical current from power supply to the printer, turning their polymers and do not allow current to flow. Thermal printing on paper regulates the basic electronics that after receiving the command for printing from the microcontroller allows only 5 ms (1 ms = 0.001 s) for printing one line of text (this cycle need only about 1.6 ms). Thus, in the case of an error in the command of the microcontroller regulates the length of the contact thermal print head with paper that prevents the spread of fire.

The neodymium magnets are built-in BusLogic printers case to strongly attracting the device to the purpose-built device holder with the same magnet so during the driving or due to accidental passengers shock is almost impossible to fall of the holder..

Konvertor - naponski

BusLogic printer operates to an operating voltage of 24V. Blts Lite package contains the appropriate printer cable that plugs into the cigarette lighter buses. If the vehicle's power source does not have the appropriate voltage you can order additionally DC-DC converter that allows operation of the product at a lower voltage - 12V.

BusLogic printer electronics is covered with silicone plastic cover to protect against condensation and strengthens connections between components and printed circuit. All the electronics has been created to enable RF communication and also there are plans to manufacture connectors for wireless charging.

BusLogic Printera housing is made of self-extinguishing ABS plastic to protect the device and the environment in which it is located against of possible outbreak of fire. Ergonomic design - no sharp edges which reduces the risk of injury to the driver or passengers in emergency braking conditions, traffic accidents etc. is especially adapted to conditions on the buses (vibration, moisture, drop devices, and so on) while the very appearance meets the aesthetic demands of carriers that has and ultra-luxury vehicles.
